Since enabling legislation for medical management varies greatly
by state, GUARD Insurance Group customizes our approach to take
advantage of existing laws in each of our operating areas. All
of our medical activities are coordinated through our affiliate
GUARDCo, Inc.,
a specialist in health care management and provider networks
that sometimes works in conjunction with a third, unrelated party.
When relationships with vendors exist, our staff supervises their
efforts and remains very involved in the process. In general,
our focus is on quality care, cost containment, and the fastest
possible return to work for the injured party.
