In-House Counsel: Workers’ Compensation
Workers’ Compensation insurance carrier seeks In-house counsel supporting our office in Whippany, NJ. This position requires a person who is professional, reliable, organized, and attentive to detail. Duties would include: attending hearing and depositions, handling workers' compensation files from the initial pleadings until the briefing stage, meet with adjusters, and interface with outside counsel as the company’s attorneys in other offices. Experience with computers and programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Westlaw/Lexis preferred.
