Part-Time Customer Service Representative Trainee
Wilkes-Barre, PA

GUARD Insurance is seeking a friendly, dynamic individual to join our Customer Service team in a non-sales capacity. We are looking for someone to work part-time. Hours are M-F from 12pm-4pm or M-F from 1pm-5pm.

Customer Service Representative Trainee will work as part of a top-notch team in receiving and resolving customer service calls from insurance agents, claimants, policyholders, etc.

Candidates should have prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Strong computer literacy is a must.
