Our Homeowners–Landlords coverage is designed for investment homes (one- to two-family dwellings, condos, townhomes) for rent, including full-time home sharing services (e.g., Airbnb) and includes liability coverage for landlords. Properties leased by entities (such as LLCs or corporations) will also be considered.
