GUARD is licensed to write Workers' Compensation insurance in all non-monopolistic, continental US states, and we currently provide policies in about half of them.  Over the past two years, we entered six new jurisdictions, and additional expansion is always being considered.  Once we choose to enter a market, we stay!  We have a track record for being an open, stable resource for the customers we serve.
