GUARD is licensed to write Workers' Compensation insurance in all non-monopolistic, continental US states, and we currently provide policies in more than half of them.  We've recently entered a number of new jurisdictions, and additional expansion is always being considered.  Once we choose to enter a market, we stay!  We have a track record for being an open, stable resource for the customers we serve.
