GUARD Wins IBA 5-Star Workers’ Comp 2022 Award
April 1, 2022Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies has once again been selected for “Best Insurance” as part of Insurance Business America’s (IBA) 5-Star Workers’ Comp Awards for 2022. GUARD was also selected in 2021.
According to IBA, “The workers’ compensation insurance segment in the United States has performed extremely well in recent years, relative to other lines of business in the hard commercial insurance market. Workers’ comp continues to be a profitable line for most carriers as claim activity and frequency have declined due to remote working arrangements, and rates remain flat. Partly as a result of these tailwinds, the 5-Star Workers’ Compensation award winners in 2022 have delivered outstanding services and support to brokers and their clients.”
The 2022 winners were selected for excellence in various categories, including customer service, competitive premiums, loss control services, specialization with certain niche business, etc. Among other categories, GUARD was recognized for best insurance offerings within the hospitality industry.
